Stork Rose Syrah

Origin:            Aragatsotn Region, Armenia
Wine Style:    Rosé Wine
Vinification: Produced from the first yield of Syrah grapes planted in Stork vineyards in Aragatsotn. The grapes were hand-picked, carefully sorted, and destemmed before undergoing 3 hours of skin contact to achieve vibrant colour and aromatic freshness. After pressing, fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve the wine’s fruit character. No malolactic conversion was carried out, maintaining the natural acidity and freshness. 

Wine Description
A beautifully expressive rosé with a delicate medium pink hue and vibrant youthful character. The nose is aromatic and fresh, showing notes of wild strawberries, barberry, red apple, cranberry, and raspberry. On the palate, bright acidity and a smooth medium body create a refreshing and balanced style, with juicy red fruit flavours carrying through to a clean, persistent finish. Elegant, lively, and approachable, this rosé is crafted for immediate enjoyment.
