ARMAVIR
Located in the western part of Armenia, in between Mounts Ararat and Aragats, Armavir Region is the heart of the Ararat plain, mainly consisted of agricultural lands. It is also the largest vitivinicultural region of Armenia and traditionally the main source of Armenian brandy and white wine production. In recent years new vineyards with international varieties have been planted here.
