Stork White Kangoun

Origin:            Ararat region, Armenia

Vinification: Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes come from a single vineyard site located in Ararat region, over 1000m above sea level. The vineyard is planted with 40-year-old, ungrafted vines rooted in brown semi-desert soils with volcanic remains. The grapes were directly pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve the purity, freshness, and premium fruit character of the variety.

Wine Description
Bright and expressive, the 2023 Kangoun displays a medium lemon hue and an inviting aromatic profile of ripe golden apple, pear, quince, citrus zest, honeysuckle, chamomile, and subtle tropical notes of pineapple. On the palate, vibrant acidity and a balanced medium body support concentrated flavours of orchard fruits and soft tropical nuances, leading to a clean and persistent finish. Fresh, harmonious, and approachable, this wine showcases the elegant character of the Kangoun variety.
